264 OTHER INFORMAT ION 06 Sect ion Ranhi ll Ut i l i t i es Berhad DISCLOSURE OF RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS The Company had obtained the Shareholders’ Mandate on renewal of recurrent related party transactions of revenue or trading nature and new Shareholders’ Mandate for additional RRPT of revenue or trading in nature at the Annual General Meeting held on 2 June 2022. In compliance with Paragraph 10.09(2)(b) and Paragraph 3.1.5 of Practice Note 12 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“MMLR”), such Shareholders’ Mandate is subject to annual renewal and the disclosure in the Annual report of RRPTs conducted pursuant to the mandate during the financial year ended 31 December 2022 where the aggregate value of such RRPTs is equal to or more than RM1 million or 1% of the relevant percentage ratio for such transactions, whichever is the higher.
