Health and Safety matters are jointly discussed with employees at all subsidiaries via the Committee. HSE meetings are held quarterly or as and when circumstances necessitate such meetings i.e. post major OHS incidents. Non-compliance are reported in the Safety Observation Report. CONTINUAL IDENTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT OF HIGH RISK LOCATIONS & MITIGATION MEASURES All subsidiary companies practice a Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control (“HIRARC”) methodology to ensure that risks are identified, mitigated and reduced if not eliminated.
